雅思阅读判断题和填空题答题技巧

一、判断题

1 找到定位词和考点词。定位词就是好找的词，考点词就是不一定会出现的词。

例子：剑11-3-2

14 Local gulls and migrating arctic terns behave in the same way when offered food. 

15 Experts' definitions of migation tend to vary according to their area of study

16 Very few experts agree that the movement of aphids can be considered migration.

17 Aphids' journeys are affected by changes in the light that they perceive.

18 Dingle's aim is to distinguish between the migratory behaviours of different species.

14题定位词：Local gulls，migrating arctic terns，考点词same way

15题考点词：vary

16题考点词：Very few

17题考点词：are affected

18题考点词：distinguish between

2 绝大多数的判断题是只有一个考点。但是也有特例。

例子：剑12-6-3

32 Attitudes towards bilingualism have changed in recent years. 

33 Bilingual people are better tha an monolingual people at guessing correctly what words are before they are finished.

34 Bilingual people consistently hame images faster than monolingual people. 

35 Bilingual peoples' brains process single sounds more efficiently than monolingual people in all situations.

36 Fewer bilingual people thann honolingual people suffer from brain disease in old age.

35题考点词：more efficiently ，all situations两个考点。大家要是实在来不及了，这种两个考点的题出false的概率高点。

3 为什么还是做不对？

3.1 分不清F和NG，想太多

例子：剑11-3-2

16 Very few experts agree that the movement of aphids can be considered migration.

16题考点词：Very few ，定位词movement of aphids， migration

But daily vertical movements by zooplankton in the ocean-upward by night to seek food,downward by day to escape predators-can also be considered migration. So can the movement of aphids when,having depleted he young leaves on one food plant, their offspring then fly onward to a different host plant,with no one aphid ever returning to where it started.

这里根本没有看到few experts这种内容，所以是not given, 什么情况下判定false呢？原文出现了many experts  agree才能这么选

3.2 忽略修饰关系，只是找到了词，但是逻辑不对。 

二、填空题

1 技巧填空题98%填写名词，
填空题98%的可能性是原文原词抄，从属结构：A and other B =B such as A=B including A特殊符号：term/known as/call/coin/refer to/name/first use   优先找符号 ‘  ’， （）， ----
若题目中有情感倾向的词，则不需要找原意，只需要找倾向性一致。并列逻辑A and B , 找到A 的位置， B 很快就找到了

2 从属结构从属结构例子1：剑11-3-1
Q: 20th century: ________and other manmade fibres cause decline in silk production
原文:Then in the twentieth century, new manmade fibres, such as nylon, started to be used in what had traditionally been silk products, such as stockings and parachutes. The two world wars, which interrupted the supply of raw material from Japan, also stifled the European silk industry.
分析：答案是nylon， 在雅思阅读考试中，小于等于30的词，特别容易变成英文拼写形式，比如20th century和the twentieth century，再比如12容易变成dozen, 10可能变成decade。 大家养成好习惯，看到定位之后，需要看完包含关键词的一整句话。所以看完这句话Then in the twentieth century, new manmade fibres, such as nylon, started to be used in what had traditionally been silk products, such as stockings and parachutes. 这里的silk production对应silk products， 我们看完这句话发现题目信息没有涵盖完，就再读下一句，发现cause decline in silk production相关信息。这里也可以套并列结构：A and other B =B such as A

从属结构例子2：剑12-7-3
Q: Activity in this part of the brain is associated with the expectation of reward' stimuli such as______.

答案：food 分析：其实看这个题目B such as A, 我们猜测在原文中就会变成A and other B , 去找原文我们发现了food and other 'reward' stimuli， 所以答案是food, 有同学在纠结为什么不是anticipating food， 注意这里的anticipating 对应题干的expectation ，

从属结构例子3：剑12-8-2

3 特殊符号

特殊符号例子1：剑10-2-2

原文:Yet in order to to learn by themselves, the gifted do need some support from their teachers. Conversely, teachers who have a tendency to 'overdirect' can diminish their gifted pupils' learning autonomy. Although 'spoon-feeding' can produce impressive life successes. 答案：spoon-feeding，分析：题干的teachers 和known as 要作为定位，先找到了原文的Yet in order to to learn by themselves, the gifted do need some support from their teachers.里面有teachers, 但是没有known as相关的特殊符号，第二句话Conversely, teachers who have a tendency to 'overdirect' can diminish their gifted pupils' learning autonomy.也有teachers ,有学生发现这里有两个带引号的词，但是大家发现diminish情感倾向向下，而题目的倾向性是向上的，impressive ， 所以'overdirect' 不对哦。Although 'spoon-feeding' can produce impressive life successes. 这句话中也有个引号，而且impressive 和success， 感情倾向向上。

特殊符号例子2：剑12-7-3

分析：题干的 observed that对应原文finding that ，这种observed that 后面是重点。neurons对应原文neurons，the area of the brain 对应原文a region of the brain，before the participants’ favourite moments in the music对应原文before the participants' favourite moments in the music， 大家在考试的时候可以把一一对应的地方在原文中轻轻划掉，从剩下的词里面找答案哦~第一题in the area of the brain called the ______对应原文the caudate-—a region of the brain；第二题the period known as the ________对应原文The researchers call this the 'anticipatory phase' ， 这个this 往回看就是原文的favourite moments in the music，要还是不会，用排除法，以后发现有半句话有道题已经出了一题了，那下一道题一般就不再出了，从别的句子找答案。

特殊符号例子3：剑9-2-1

4 并列：

并列例子：剑11-3-1

Q: Merchants use Silk Road to take silk westward and bring back ____and precious metals.

原文：Demand for this exotic fabric eventually created the lucrative trade route now known as the Silk Road , taking silk westward and bringing gold , silver and wool to the East.

分析：这里的gold , silver对应题目的precious metals， 原文中和它并列的是wool

5 转折：

转折例子：剑11-4-3

Language appears to be____to use. However, its sophisticationis often overlooked.

这道题根据逻辑关系可以选出答案easy，前后是相反的逻辑。

6 因果：

因果例子：剑12-5-2

Stamp collecting may be____ because it provides facts about different countries.

原文：If you think about collecting postage stamps, another potential reason for it –or, perhaps, a result of collecting—is its educational value.

答案是educational，原文的another potential reason for it is its educational value能得出答案， 结合空格词性是形容词
