示例2：地铁具有安全、快捷和舒适的优点。

译文1：The subway has the advantages of safety，speed and comfort.

示例3：很多年轻人想要通过旅行体验不同的文化、丰富的知识、拓展视野。

被动语态

翻译为被动语态的标志

2.主谓之间存在明显被动关系，一般主语为物时

示例1：白色被认为是纯洁的象征。

译文：White is regarded as a symbol of purity.

示例2：在中外游客眼中，这个古镇被视为爱情和浪漫的天堂（paradise）。

译文：The ancient town is regarded as the paradise of love and romance in the eyes of both Chinese and foreign visitors.

示例3：纸质书的销售受到了影响。

译文：Sales of printed books have been affected negatively.

示例4：在春节和其他喜庆场合，红色到处可见。

译文：Red can be found everywhere during the Spring Festival and on other festive occasions.

示例5：资金还用于购置音乐和绘画器材。

译文：The money is also spent on acquiring musical and painting instruments.

示例6：多数家长希望孩子能上名牌大学。

译文：Most parents hope their children be admitted to famous universities.
